About Me
  • If you’ve ever felt caught between two worlds, proud of your roots yet overwhelmed by expectations, you are not alone!

I’m a first-generation Mexican-American therapist passionate about helping others find healing and balance while navigating the space between cultures. I understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with being the first. The pressure to succeed, the pull between family expectations and personal goals, and the quiet weight of feeling like you have to do it all.

In my work, I provide individual, group, and family therapy, creating a space where you can show up as your full self without judgment. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with psychiatrists, physicians, educators, and social workers, and have shared my work through conference presentations focused on supporting Latinx and first-generation communities. I have presented at Cal-MAP ECHO, Stanford and California School-Based Health Conference.

I love working with Latina women who are learning to manage cultural stress, gender roles, imposter syndrome, and the effects of generational trauma.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your worth, your story, and your sense of peace so that healing feels possible and personal.

My approach is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and the belief that healing begins when we honor both our roots and our growth.

If this resonates, I invite your to reach out for a free consultation, Let’s see if therapy together feels like the right fit.
